Shipping Policy

All orders must be shipped to the credit card's billing address. All orders have a FedEx direct signature requirement. Recipient must be available to sign for delivery. Due to security measures, we are unable to waive this policy under any circumstance. If no one is available to sign, Fed Ex will leave a "call tag" at the residence to arrange for pick up (Express services only) or reattempt delivery.

Shipping and handling is not refundable for any "RTS: Return To Sender" packages. We understand you may be unavailable to sign for packages during normal delivery schedule. In this case we suggest two alternatives that may help:

• Notify your bank or credit card company to include an additional shipping address to your account
• Have deliveries sent using FedEx EXPRESS services and arrange to pick up and sign for your order at a location near you. (Confirm with your local FedEx Express office for location and hours of operation. Not available for most Home Delivery shipments).

Weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable. Weekends do not count as a business day.

Shipping and Returns

All sales final on intimate/undergarment apparel and sale item(s).

Refunds will be credited to original credit card only. Shipping is not refundable.

Retail Stores & Authorized Dealers

Items purchased from any authorized dealers must be returned to the place of purchase.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?

Please create an account by clicking the "Create Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

What are my payment choices?

We accept the following:

• Visa
• MasterCard
• American Express
• Pay Pal direct debit payments

We do not accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or Pay Pal E-check payments

When will my order ship?

Due to the time it takes to request and receive special customs forms and arrangements, some international orders (express included) may not ship for 48 hrs after order has been placed. You will recieve a shipping confirmation once your order has been marked for delivery.

Do I have to pay for custom's duties and taxes?

Shipping charges from this site will not include any customs fees, duties or import taxes levied against your order by your country's customs department, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
